Instructions for sending Offer Packet
- Review the Offer Packet for accuracy. Be sure to let me know if there are changes that need to be made.The offer letter states that a copy of the Physician Medical Release is enclosed, so please ensure it is included as that was not provided to us. If the Physician name and date of release was not provided, that information will need to be entered into the Offer Letter prior to sending.
- Confirm the rate of pay included in letter is correct. If the rate of pay was not provided, be sure to insert it into the highlighted section in the letter. If the rate of pay is less than pre-injury rate the adjuster will need to be notified so they can be prepared to pay Temporary Partial Disability (TPD). (Unless in the jurisdiction of NJ whereas Temporary Partial Disability is not paid)
NOTE: We will provide the nonprofit with a timecard template, based on your company’s pay schedule, and send to you each week for processing.If you have not provided us with your pay week schedule and preferred time card due day, please provide that information as soon as possible. Overnight delivery may be required for quick start dates.

If [[formData.heShe]] will not be able to report as scheduled for any reason, please let me know right away so that I can inform the nonprofit.
- Upon acceptance of the modified duty assignment, please notify me immediately. TWS will then mail the necessary equipment to [[formData.employeeName]]. I will provide tracking information at that time.
- Lastly, once the offer packet is sent, please reach back out to me with [[formData.employeeFirstNamePlural]] MATCH NUMBER. I will then add it to the timecard before sending it to the Non-Profit.
