Instructions for sending Offer Packet
- Review the Offer Packet for accuracy. Be sure to let me know if there are changes that need to be made.

- Add the physician and release date information to the highlighted portion in the body of the offer letter.
- [[formData.employerFirstName]], you will need to print the Offer Letter on company letterhead, Job Description, and Driving Directions, and present to the employee via hand delivery.
