- We suggest asking the participant to take full responsibility in making sure the time card is signed and returned to ensure they will be paid.
3. The time card needs to be filled in DAILY with exact, accurate times and dates. Please DO NOT fill in the time card with several days’ worth of times at once.
- It is suggested to have the time card placed in a central location that is able to be monitored and have the Amazon associate sign in and out each time they arrive and leave.
- On time card collection days, we ask that you submit a projected End Time for that day ONLY in order to meet the 2:00 pm deadline. Should something occur and the time change after you submit the time card, please let your Time Card Coordinator know immediately and send a revised time card as soon as you can.
- It is encouraged that the associates submit any requests for PTO or Vacation time off through their MyTime Portal; however, this time may be also requested via this time card.
- Note that in order for the PTO or Vacation request to be completed, all information must be included on the time card - the date of time off, the number of hours being requested off, and the start time of the request. Lunch breaks are automatically deducted and should not be included in the amount of time begin requested off.
- Amazon associates are NOT allowed to make up time missed for any reason.
6. All of Amazon’s policies and attendance protocols must be followed by the associate. The associate is expected to call in each day they will not be working.
- IF A PARTICIPANT IS A NO CALL/NO SHOW FOR 2 DAYS IN A ROW PLEASE CONTACT YOUR TWS COORDINATOR IMMEDIATELY.
- If an associate is absent on a time card collection day, you may submit the time card without their signature. The, when the associate returns, please send a revised copy with their signature.
